Floor & Décor Outlets of America, a national class action in which Alex served as co-class counsel and obtained a settlement of $14,000,000; Confidential Hotel construction defect case, where Alex obtained a settlement of $18,000,000 for the owner of a five diamond luxury hotel on the Las Vegas strip; Hidden Canyon HOA v. Griffin Homes, in which Alex recovered $9,650,000 for the owners of 648 condos in Thousand Oaks, CA.; Carlton Square HOA, where Alex recovered $8,500,000 for the owners of 478 townhomes in Inglewood, CA; Spectrum Community Association v. Bristol House Partners, in which Alex recovered $8,400,000 for the families of 240 condos in Santa Ana, CA; Ed McMahon v. American Equity Ins. Co., where Alex recovered $7,200,000 in an insurance bad faith action.
