Firm Defends Target of CAL OSHA Citations Following Tragic Explosion
The Firm represents one of the targets of a highly-publicized CAL OSHA prosecution arising out of an explosion which occurred in Sylmar, CA. in August of 2011 that critically injured two people and partially demolished an industrial building.
On January 30, 2012, the Clark County District Court approved the final settlement of a large class action case in which the Firm represented approximately 275 homeowners whose Las Vegas homes overly a plume of PCE-contaminated groundwater.
