Robert W. Nation

Robert was graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He obtained his J.D. from the University of San Fernando, cum laude, valedictorian, and was admitted to the bar in 1983. Robert received Bancroft-Whitney Hornbook Awards for 1981-1982 and 1982-1983, and received American Jurisprudence Awards in Civil Procedure, Conflict of Laws, Criminal Procedure, Corporations, Evidence, Remedies, and Commercial Sales. Robert has had wide experience in all facets of civil litigation including complex litigation, ADR, insurance coverage, engineering, construction, contracts, casualty and product claims. He is a member of the State Bar of California, and is admitted to practice in California and the United States District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California.
