Alex Robertson is the founder and senior partner of Robertson & Associates, LLP. His practice specializes in complex, multi-party construction defect, landslide, and class action litigation. In his 30 years as a trial lawyer, he has recovered more than $351,000,000 for clients, which include many celebrities and professional athletes.
Christina Robertson is the co-founding partner of the Firm and concentrates her practice on construction, consumer and real estate litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Christina practiced admiralty law, and worked on the American Trader Oil Spill, an environmental disaster that impacted Huntington Beach, CA.
Mark J. Uyeno received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a minor in Psychology, from California State University, Fullerton where he distinguished himself as a member of the Dean's Honor List. Mr. Uyeno received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco.
Elisabeth Dagorrette graduated from the University of Bordeaux I, France, with a J.D. (1976) and a Doctorate in Tax Law (1981). She received a Master of Comparative Law from Indiana University, School of Law, in 1984 and a Certificate in Legal Assistantship from the University of California, Irvine, in 1987.

This litigation lasted over 8 years, and resulted in more than $2 billion in settlements. Mr. Spreter represented over 300 clients, resulting in over $55 million dollars in settlements.
